I have a Jack Russel Called Kim who is coming up 8 years of age. She has been a faithfull hard working bitch for a good number of those years. But lately when i'v been taking her out on on the bunnies, i have noticed that she has gone from a dog who's in every hedge raising up scutts and pheasants, to a dog that i can only describe as a right lazy so en so. I try to encourage her to work but she just sits or strolls about sniffing the air and taking it easy. To put it in laymens terms she's gone right of the hunt. Then when she left a squirrel walk past her and not go off after it like a banshee yapping with excitement, well i new there must be some thing wrong. Is there a explanation why a dog my dog as gone from a worker, to a sherker in the field and has any one experienced such situations in their dogs. Any advice to get her back in to the swing of things would be gratfully recieved.

Ps

Good hunting to all
