Vagante
Put the in a slow cooker for a stew, with the usual veggies, stock, seasoning, herbs, plus a papaya. Don't peel the papaya, but cut it in half and remove the black seeds. This works well for any tough meat and I'm quite partial to the resulting taste of the stew but I imagine it could be a little sweet for some. Try it before you dismiss it. pontbeck
As above or quickly fry them, 3 mins in a hot pan. They will be pink but that`s how I like them It`s either slow and low in an oven or fast and quick in the pan
