BenA
Hi There, I'm thinking of organising a days shooting for myself and some friends next season and need some advice due to the following factors..... I've not booked a day before, i've only been on other people's shoots It needs to be a cheap (very cheap!) day so everyone can afford it. Obviously due to this i'm thinking of a walked up/rough shoot/mini driven day. We are not interested in a big bag and mixed species will be fine! How much should i expect to pay per gun and does anyone have any recommendations in the south west? In total there will be 6 or 8 guns some of which have only shot a few times before. Will shoots be willing to have inexperienced guns on this type of shoot? Any advice would be much appreciated! Cheers Ben.
al4x
You need to be really careful with the inexperienced guns and ideally have them accompanied. We have done a few cheap walked up days and they can be really good fun the best bit is you aren't expecting much so whatever you get is usually a bargain. Don't discount travelling a way and getting a b&b as it can make a great weekend.
