Stuntman
Hello chaps, well after seeing a thread on here about the hatsan at44 and remembering that i had one I've decided to fit a regulator from ebay, robert lane . My question is this, has anyone fitted one to this rifle, if not has anyone fitted one of the the robert lane ones? Are they easy enough to fit? I've no fear of taking the rifle to bits and have a chrono etc to stay legal. Cheers chaps Andi
NIGHT SEARCHER
I have just had a look on YOU TUBE there`s a few vids on there showing how to assemble them. They are different from what i have seen before. The ones i have seen before have fitted in and extended the Air tube and were £60 not £88. I have a mate who looked on YOU TUBE and found a vid on putting a new hit valve in a AT 44 Air tube. He sent of for one from EBAY Poland £11 + p&p. It`s a turned down stainless steel hit pin. It only took 15 min to put in. We put it over the crono and it had gone from 11.7 ftlb to 28 ftlb so now it`s on FAC. He got another air tube from Edgar bro £30. He just puts that tube in when he only needs 12 ftlb. I have the AT 44 10 W. Wooden stock. For the money they are outstanding. Good luck. Stuntman
Thanks matey, I've looked at the modified valve pin, to be honest it's not worth the risk for me as the local police are rural bobbies and know the law. I want to get as close to 12ft/lbs as possible without going over. Cheers dude
