The Blackwater Wildfowler's Association would be a good bet and will be kee to take on new members. A great club with marshes on both the north and south shores of the Blackwater Estuary. I would guess that they are the closest club to you too. I have tried to post a link to their website, but for some reason it's not letting me. Google 'Blackwater Wildfowlers'.
