Beardo
They're not called Barking Deer for nothing... Shot on my Canon EOS 650D with a 90-300mm non stabilised (at 300mm) lens - hence a bit shaky! it's the buck calling in the middle shots even though looking at doe you can hear she's higher pitched than he is amazing seeing their ears rotate to locate the sounds
Frenchieboy
Cute little critters aren't they, and pretty tasty too so I am told! Roughly how far away from them were you when you filmed them?
Beardo
30 yards or so, downwind and very still!
Dunkield
Great footage, I shot a buck once that was barking like that at the time. I thought he was going away and was about to move but realised he was barking and moving his head at the same time..
