HDAV
You'll need permission to shoot over some land to get an FAC for vermin.
Martin g
I would speak to your feo. Not 100% sure, but I think I read some where that you may have to have written proof from sites, commercial liability insurance, method statement, risk assessments etc.. stubby
Just got a quick question, I am looking to apply for a firearms licence so I can have a .22lr for my work, we have came into a lot of rabbit control work 80+ sites, do I need land like a farmer to be granted a firearms licence ? are you a pest controller or groundsman? you'll just need permission from one of them, to be included in your application, then when the FAO does his visit, mention the other 70 plus areas, if you can show you know what your talking about, and have previous use of rimfire, (I had around 2yrs lamping with a friend/fac) ask for an open ticket on first application, as its concerning work, I got an open ticket straight away doing it like that I would speak to your feo. Not 100% sure, but I think I read some where that you may have to have written proof from sites, commercial liability insurance, method statement, risk assessments etc.. no, none of the above needed, that is none of their concern
