marc020 Posted May 3, 2013 Report Share Posted May 3, 2013 Ok so the general rule for a missfire seems to be wait and hold gun with barrels pointed forward for atleast 30 seconds before opening gun to remove, My question is what do you do with the miss fired cartridge after you remove it,iv seen some people just chuck them into the cartridge bin next to a stand and walk away Hope you all don't mind me asking but i just wondered from a safety point of view Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Some pop it in again and try if the pins are light striking it can work in a different barrel, if a dud primer it's as good as an empty shell + shot.
