Possible, yes.

 

However, a lot will depend on any number of circumstances.

 

Do a lot of people work in the building ?

Is access restricted ?

Is the proposed location out of casual sight ?

Is the building occupied 24/7, or 9-5 monday to friday ?

When closed, is the building alarmed ?

 

Even if an FEO said yes, is the building owned ? Landlord would probably need to be informed or to grant consent

Would it affect insurance, as it is not a 'normal' possession of a commercial building.

 

Too many unknowns for an easy answer
