Fudge40
I have purched two lots of hide poles that have the foot peg. One set was from A1 decoys and the others from Amazon. Both I can highly reccommend. In stong wind you will need to put guy ropes on to help keep the hide up right but that is no hardship. NickB65
I brought the ones from A1Decoy and they are great but you will need guy ropes as no matter how good they are the wind will take its toll.
indio
Kick plate poles definitely needed in my area as ground is all clay and flint. Bakes very hard in the hot sunny weather ( remember those days?). I take about 8/10 pieces of para cord cut into 2/2.5 meter lengths ( about 6ft /7ft to people my age) and about a dozen tent pegs. This gives you the option of 2 cords per pole ( if you are just using 4 poles) and some pegs to keep the net taught and stop it flapping. Obviously other people prefer their own set ups but this seems to work for me and I'm in hill top and windy areas. kind regards
