william Posted March 27, 2007 Report Share Posted March 27, 2007 s I understand it a caution has to be declared much the same as a criminal record so dont accept one unless advised to by solicitor (free advice from CAB) and there is no way the CPS will take it further unless they have a 110% prospect of gaining a conviction, try not to worry too much and best of luck.
