DerbyshireDale.
with the cost of 12g subs going through the roof would it be worth loading my own ? iam using 1-2k+ poss more depending on pigeon numbers for this winter/spring you'd be better off sourcing a cheap 1000 rate somewhere to be honest, loadings ok if you want to tailor make a load for your sport ie "Wildfowling" etc...where many inland shops dont cater for the fowler, you have to have what ever is in stock...where as if you wanted a 42g load of BB, no1 / no2 etc in steel , bisthmuth, tungston etc you've got them at your finger tips....but at a price!! best wishes...Dale. Guest cookoff013
you`d probly do very well cost wise. thats about the price break bracket, although the 2+k a year and it kinda makes sense... give roughshooter (or graham), ask for some help, he could set you up with all the reloading stuff, recipe, powder, the lee loadall2 is a cheap start. etc.... 12bore subs are "tailor mades". and you can beat factory for cost and performance ( 5 or 4 shot.) if you need any help, or recipes. dont hesitate to ask.
