monkey Posted January 4, 2007 Report Share Posted January 4, 2007 hi i need some help and advice.i have taken out finance on an air rifle the first payment was due recently which to my knowledge was coming out on a direct debit have now recieved a letter saying i owe another 22.50 due to a mised payment. the long and short of it is that have phoned all parties and the company i bought it off recieved both the credit mandate and contract ok. and sent it to the finance company and took copies. now where do i stand because as far as i can see it aint my fault the money was in the bank i filled in a direct debit form the money is in the bank and as far as i was aware a direct debit set up what should i do any one any ideas before they charge me again and i send the gun back. Cranfield Posted January 4, 2007 Report Share Posted January 4, 2007 You should contact your Bank and raise the matter with them. If you completed the forms correctly, then its up to the Credit Company to apply to your Bank for the money.
