88b
I bet they were quick enough to take your money
toplever
Up to a short while ago car dealer used to use his own insurance to tax the new car . That has been changed recently and dealer now can't use his insurance to tax it . He has to produce yours. That means you need temp insurance for the new car while you run the old one. That could be the holdup.

washerboy
Wonderful car and my wife received a bunch of flowers from the garage when we arrived to pick it up.
caeser
Bunches of flowers are standard give away with new cars. So they haven't done you any favours there. If they got something wrong, I'd expect better compensation than that.
washerboy
Cars just perfect, my second Seat but miles better then my 3 yr old one. Glad I chose it over the vw or the ford.
