Lord Geordie
On my new MEC I found this primer feed! I have never seen one like it before! It has been adapted with a copper tube insert, which I assume is to prevent the primers tumbling on the tube! The pipe work was snapped! I was wondering if it's worth trying to repair? Or just buy a newer auto primer? It would seem you have to feed in a few dozen primers into the tube! Each time the machine is lowered a small lever is opened at the throat to drop a primer, then when the machine goes up, the lever closes and prevents more primers dropping out! Seems a very simple design!
