palo
I Have a Stihl 028 AVS chainsaw and I was wondering if you are measuring the bar on a saw is it from the tip of the bar to the frame of the saw or is it from one end of the bar to the other? Thanks.

remmyman
It's always the amount of 'useable' cutter bar, as Sx3 cb says, effectivelyfrom the engine casing to tip. Regards remmyman
