well i bought a scope off pao a 4x16x56 ir swat scope and had a problem after using a mere 4 times the ir switch/ ocular unit came loose and snapped the internal wires leaving the wires hanging down inside cost me £15 to post back but had brand new replacement within days from dealer ,problem is the replacement scope has done the same but hasnt turned enough to snap illuminator but will do if i continue to use.so this time ive went straight to manufacturer as seems like a manufacturing fault having two do same thing this one has been used about 5 times also, received a reply and theyve told me to contact dealer as he took the money ,but the warranty in my book is with them i dont fancy another £15 to return how do i stand .anyone else experienced a problem with these scopes

Pretty sure you should send to the dealer and then let them send it to the dealer. Understand why you skip the middle man, used to be done like this so the customer could drop it back to the dealer and dealer posts it back, so much done over the net now tho, that's the disadvantage of Internet buying!
