Tubtub95
Hey, new to this website, and was just wondering if any one knew if a webley & Scott 812 auto was capable of handling high gram loads, and to ask if anyone had any experience with shooting these 43gram+ magnum cartridges through one. Any advise would be great, thanks Lewis
kennett
Its not the weight of shot, its the chamber length that is the limiting factor. Dont know what w+s is but it should be stamped on the action or barrel somewhere. Heavy loads are fine, through a heavy gun! Used 50g loads on geese through a maxus and felt less recoil than some 32g loads
Tubtub95
Sweet cheers, I'm pretty sure it has a 3" chamber, so should be able to get some 50 grams for it. Really I just wanted to make sure before got some catridges. Thanks
