misser
hi - was after a new dog, preferably a yellow bitch, am out at work but can pop home at dinner time so thought wasn't fair to leave a pup in the house alone...was thinking of something about 9 to 18 months old and maybe part trained....does it matter about not getting it from a pup, some have said the bond isn't the same...had 2 labs prior and both from pups, circumstances were different then due to having a mrs at the time....any comments welcome as for me this is uncharted territory....thanks.....atb
kent
it makes little odds how old it is when you get it with two provisos 1. it hasn't been spoiled by lack of early socialisation 2. it aint been set back by any prior bad training / early entering. The dog will bond just as close but don't expect it to do that from day
