Grabbed the .243 last night to go out for a mooch to try and catch up with a roe buck or munty stalked through a small wooded area with no avail. Emerged the other side to be greeted by these grazing in the long grass.

Not a very clear pic as from phone but there are 4 bucks and 3 does but not the right species lovely just to watch the fallow go about there business they were right under the seat I was heading for so sat and watched them and let them pass and go on about there business 20 mins passed then I managed to get up the seat and wait. Waited for a hour and half with no more shows part from cock birds fighting over the hens a barn owl doing some lovely fighting around in front of me then a jay flittering around. Got to 21.00 and thought I better start heading back when spotted movement to my right about 70 yards out looked through the scope it was a lovely looking fox just sniffing about in the long grass watched her for a while to wait for a good gap in the grass she was such lovely condition I almost didn't wanna shoot but the chance was there so took it dropped her on the spot to a 90gr ppu from the .243.
