F150
I was out one day just before Christmas waiting for flight time. I had my mallard decoys set on a stubble field as I lay in wait in deep drain. The sun was just above the horizon as the woodies starting making for home. As the sun dipped, I notice several silhouettes through the hide. Intially I thought I was caught totally unaware from early mallard. To my amazement , I raised my gun over the net and found 6 six woodies pecking away in the middle of the duck decoy pattern. Has anyone else experienced anything similar to this? F150
Hi Teal They were too close for comfort as think my 1 1/2 ounce 4's loads would have plucked and cooked them instantly!
