Darno
Shot a few rabbits this evening, one of which was a large one, bit when I gutted it out, the kidneys had all fatty growth on them! Anyone know what this is?

Frenchieboy
If it is a coating of fat around the kidney as Beardo says it is a sign of really healthy rabbits, something I love to see while gutting rabbits during the winted - but are you sure that it is fat? Maybe a photo might help mate!
Darno
I wish I had taken a photo! Looked on Google and there are a few pics that look like it! You say it's a sign of a healthy rabbit, and it makes sense..........it was about the size of a house cat!! It was massive! Thanks for the replays tho guys, won't worry about it again!
