Wurzle
Brand new rifle. I've fired 35 rds. Love the set trigger. Hate the single stage trigger. I didn't notice it to start with, now it's awful. It feels like its on a ratchet system and even when released the trigger doesn't return. Any other people experience this? kent
New gun? Then return it for sorting under the guarantee, the std trigger needs time to "wear in" but yours is faulty if it is failing to click back. I trust we are talking after firing a shot with a re- worked bolt to fire the next round?
Wurzle
Yes. I'll do that. It's when the rifle is cocked. My friend says he can polish the sears for me and make it smooth as glass. But that could effect the guarantee if anything is amiss with it.
kent
The Trigger is known for needing extended run in time, I don't know your friend and his experience but there is a lot of bad / dangerous sear polishing done
Underdog
Your call but has it been adjusted out of it's ideal range maybe! You could check for debris, maybe blow it out with an airline.....grit etc!

You could check for debris, maybe blow it out with an airline.....grit etc! That might be my thoughts but as its new I should return it first off. I never even think of adjusting a trigger let alone polishing till its done a fair bit

Wurzle
Sear face was cut by a blind dude with a gas axe. Quick file and micro mesh turned out like silk.
