NathanM
I remember seeing a video (think it could have been our own RSR Jerry), carrying his Daystate around with a sling that did not seem to need to be attached to any studs. It looked like it just looped around both ends, and synched up tight, securing the rifle. Any ideas of the name of this sling or am I just making it up? Thanks, Nathan
HW682
was it like this? http://www.uttings.co.uk/p112747-outdoor-connection-universal-sling-black-cb7130
lockstockandbarrel
Mate what you are looking for is called a cheater sling see the links below, don't confuse the products in the first two links (unless you want to). http://www.bushcraftuk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=22456 http://www.amazon.com/Adventure-Industries-Pleasure-Sling-Cheetah/dp/B001BO4ZKK had one many moons ago but cannot for the life of me remember where I got it from, they don't seem that easy to source in the UK anymore. Maybe someone can point you in the right direction or if not contact the company below who it looks like makes them. http://www.quickmitt.com/ Kindest regards Edited July 31, 2014 by lockstockandbarrel

NathanM
HW682, yes exactly like that thanks! Lockstock, yes seems a Cheater would also be good, had a look at the forum linked and the company who makes them. Just to be on the safe side though, I thought I better order one of the other design from amazon, to cover all bases
