ditchman Posted November 22, 2014 Report Share Posted November 22, 2014 Will I need a back pack blind for for pigeon hunting in the open if you are decoying birds in the open ...you need some sort of hide or blind to conceal yourself..........watch the area you have chosen first, and see the path the birds are taking...after careful observation, you might see them skirt an area that will be able to afford you more cover.....you will still need some sort of blind even if you are wearing full camo...birds are very alert to the slightest movement............
