Blackpowder
Roost shooting with my club yesterday and came across a typical raptor ,"kill" a circle of plucked feathers and wing remains nothing else. Light fluffy feathers and barred wing remains suggest buzzard was the victim. Gamekeeper had no sightings of anything unusual on Estate, although recent TV programme on eagle owls had them down as buzzard eaters. Would another buzzard kill and eat own species? Would be interested to hear if any members had encountered this before?
