I despatched the completed form on 24th November, my FEO visited on 29th January and I received my new SGC and EFP this morning 9th February, I don't think that's too bad a service. However, I understand things are unlikely to get any better as TVP FEO staff levels are being reduced and those remaining are going to be given larger geographic areas to cover. Zetter Posted February 9, 2015 Report Share Posted February 9, 2015 Cheers for the update Phil this echos the time frame of a lad up the club recently who just got his grant and put in I think about mid November. TVP last year were on a roughly month turn around for grants but it looks like its slipping to 2 months now.
