Clemonds Hey Oakmere Road Winsford CW7 2UA The Cheshire Firearms Licensing Information Booklet gives individual Phone Nos for their personnel, who are split into areas. Chester & Ellesmere Port are covered by Bernard Norman on 01244 612129 or 07884 361203. They have an e-mail adddress "hq.firearms.licensing@cheshire.pnn.police.uk" but I can't see a fax no. in the booklet.
