Diy truck canopy?

Evening lads, has anyone made their own?

I've got plenty of strut I can use for the frame of the canopy using pre made 90 degree bends in principle it should be easy peasy. Then bolt on aluminium sheets for the sides, I'd also make a shooting hatch for the back of it aswell that opens on the roof.

Has anyone else done it?

To make the frame we would need the truck, no patterns, all made to size. If a normal size pick up probably around £450 / £500 for frame and cover. Cover only about £250 / £300. Depending where you are though probably better to go to a local place.

Not trade on here so not fair to go into more detail, hope I've given you enough info to help you in your quest though and a guideline to shop about local. :good:
