Savhmr
Hodgdons don't have a recommendation for H322 for the 6.5 x 55, perhaps the burn rate isn't optimal. I've checked all of my load manuals data and there's nothing for 6.5 x 55 bullets using this powder. Accurate 2230 is a fairly fast burning double base powder and Accurate do not recommend it for use with the 6.5 x 55. Looks like you may have to re-stock on N140. activeviii
have you any n150. N160 or n165 N140 is a little on the fast side for 140gn bullets. 130gn and lower really. not telling your business but you may find that your not getting the FPS out of the 140gn bullet. i found i was struggling with pressure and lack of FPS for legal stalking speed so have just changed to N165 for !40grain bullet and N150 for 160grain bullets. Cambsman
N150 for 120grn and N160 for 140grn. Just based on my experience. N140 may be a tad fast for 140grn?
jimsim81
If you have a short barrel try swiss rs60 I'm getting 2700pfs out of a 22inch sako with a 140 grain gameking I think h332 and 2230 would not suit the 6.5x55
