Gunman Posted July 22, 2016 Report Share Posted July 22, 2016 Try Helston Gun they used to import a lot of Vee springs and if memory serves they did one that could be adapted . These are not the easiest springs to replace and getting the gun back together can be a struggle if you dont have a tool to hold position and compress the hammer and spring so you can fix it in place . Long time since I did one and the top and bottom hammers have different lengthed springs that can not be interchanged . Having a sring made is not cheap but if you have the original Mayfair engineering can wire cut you one as can Boxall and Edminson .Cheaper than a hand forged one .
