figgy
Looking at replacing the the little bolt handle on my Benelli M2 as it's a pain to use with gloves on and cold hands on the marsh, for a larger custom one. Any views on which is a good one to get, noticed some are huge machined bits and wondered do these affect the action cycling of the gun. I would like one nice and smooth with rounded end so it don't rip my gunslip or gloves when getting excited spitting out carts to change to goose carts if they appear. cueball
The weight of the handle adds to the weight of the bolt and that is critical to the benelli cycling. I have one on mine same reason fowling loads it cycles fine. I swap it out during summer to the regular one for clays. Only issue I have found is when on a long walk out it can dig into your back through the slip.
