arm3000gt
I have applied for my FAC for S1 shotgun and semi auto .22 for practical target shooting. I have also recently joined a rifle club so by the time the interview/visit comes round I will more than likely be a full member of the rifle club. Is it possible to change what I've applied for at the interview? I'd be looking to at adding .22 bolt action and a larger calibre centre fire, something like .308 for longer range Bisley trips. I tried to do a search but it didn't come up with anything, nor did google. Thanks
ninja_fox
Really depends on your force and FEO - I put my application through and asked for a couple of rifles. Nearly a year later when i got my interview I asked to put some more on there and he was pretty accommodating until I asked for a .38 LBR at which point he said no to that one. Ultimately it's the FEO that makes the recommendation to grant the FAC and what is going on it. I'm sure if you explain the position and you have good reason then you should be okay...
