understanding the feeding habits of crows is never an easy task, they are rotary feeders so they never exhaust one particular food supply.the only time i ever get a big bag is at dawn.sometimes you hit lucky sometimes you don t.i have nt put as much time into looking around me this year and im paying the penalty for it.keep your eyes open and note down their habits always good to be 1 step in front.i believe if you can shoot 50 or so in a day it is great sport

yes mate agree about starting at dawn as ive a mate who shot big bags at dawn only thing is this field is close to the farm house and a new build so i dont want to be shooting at 3 am at this time of year to have a angry farmer tell me to **** off  and the places i could shoot at that time never seem to have big numbers of crows there  they always seem to be sumwhere that puts the odds in their favour
