Mike
Will this Snow be a help for pigeon? And what effect will it have on Roost shooting/ shooting over crops?? Are they likely to vacate to areas without snow cover - ie another county??? I am in Lancashire.... TTFN.
Fisherman Mike
Yes definately... Colder the better for rape.. Specially if there is some cover with growth sticking out over the top.. We need a prolonged cold snap which will keep the birds flocked up and feeding FM
pete k
hi there i find that when its been snowing i have a great day shooting over rape as its a good idea to take a brush with you and brush an area clear of snow about twenty foot square and they see it for miles around give it a try.
