Its good to remember that when we read complaints about Suppliers, we often only get one side of the story. I am amazed that A1 Decoys are offering a discount voucher for a problem that happened in 2011. Thanks Cranfield! We appreciate that not everything can go right every single time, even if we do strive for that. Key focus now is looking after good customers in the hope they enjoy using the kit, recommend us to others and come back in the future!
