Pedro
Had a top few hours on Tuesday. Went to my local permission at about 1230, saw the farmer and he said there were loads of pigeons on some barley that had gone down in he winds and rain recently. Arrived at the field and sure enough, stack of the *******. I set up decoys etc where he said they seemed to be feeding, but had ****** all for half an hour. However, I was watching where they were going, so moved off to an ash they were using as a sitty tree on a flight line and stood to one side of it. I managed to get about 40 birds in the next few hours, (lost quite a few in the wheat and barley though ), but ended up with 28. I was well chuffed I've got tomorrow off, so am going back up and making a day of it. P. I really got them al from Sainsburys
