I received this just after reseting my password as the old one would not work after the forum update.

First i have no account in Eley, I live in Norfolk and second the last line says I can sign in on June 6th. so its a bit out of date. Not that passwords mean a lot to me as there is noway anyone can get into any bank accounts from them as I do not use internet banking. Given the chance i would do away with passwords as they are a pain in the ****.

Was this sent from the forum? The date is the American format (should read 6/11/17) I think I have updated that so it will display the correct way going forwards. Regarding the email, it sounds as though you may have attempted to log into the site and used the incorrect password 3 times. When this happens an account is locked for a prescribed time - I think 15 minutes, to prevent people trying to force a login.

The location (Ely, Cambs) will be based on an IP address, and it is not always perfectly accurate, but usually gets a close regional area. Perhaps Ely is not so far from you?
