guzzicat
Following my Dornoch stumble I am now feeling like Zorro, as a kid at the local Matinee, it seemed twice a month the hero was stuck in a room with several Mexican villains turning handles that brought the walls in to crush him, sitting with my leg in a cast I am feeling like that, spent half an hour in the workshop working on my old bike, & that was all I could manage, my young lab Roxie keeps looking at me with her ears laid back, asking why our three times a day dummy trips aren,t happening, why no Pheasant feathers in her gob,no early morning trips after fowl.just finished reading Millais " Fowler in Scotland "(Again ) & other choice shooting books.Back to cast clinic Tuesday, I just hope i can get the cast off & a boot on , A mate rang yesterday to cheer me up, told me there are thousands of geese on our inland shoot! That really helped.I just hope I am able to enjoy the boxing day shoot at least.
