pipe range

hi all went up to bisley pipe range last Friday after a short notice call from a mate .

so I quickly loaded some 58gr Vmax rounds for the first time and 40 mins later we were on the way to pipe range

only had it booked for 1.5 hours

so cold gun straight from bag and first time using the 58gr Vmax  the result is first picture

the second picture is my mates .308 ......... the lower 3 in the 9 ring are his and the 3 bulls are mine again with his .308

now I must point out that the target you see is the laptop at the shooters end of the range to show where you are hitting the target 100 meters down range .

when we were there the target was shot out .... by that I mean the target you aimed / shot at did not have a clear point to aim at just a white background with a black splodge in the centre where you had to guess where the bull centre was  [we did complain and were told that it should have been changed before we started but hey had not had time to do so ] .

so I was more than happy with the results considering the condition of the target we had to look at threw the scopes
