Davetyler
Stated in the title, basic as can be. It got the full house eating it, wife, 6yo lad and my 2 year old girl. They all love it my little lad keeps asking for it and he is a fussy eater. Get however many rabbit will fit in slow cooker put in salt water overnight. Next morning take out of the brine, place in slow cooker with no liquid just salt and pepper and a couple of chopped apples and leave it for 8 hours. Its like pulled pork and falls off the bone with a nice soft texture, we have it with jacket potatoes and salad but i love it on toast with a bit of chilli sauce and garlic salt.
