Start with a Lee LoadAll. Although we have massive automatic and electric presses in our syndicate, valued at thousands, we use the Lees most of all. I say 'Lees', we have twelve of them, all set up for 12, 20 and 16 gauge loads of various weights.

The MEC range are GOOD, but they are designed for US shell cases. Our meek European hulls can buckle if you are heavy-handed or inexperienced. ALL of our others, (MECs 600jr, 650's, 9000g's Texan FWs and Dueffe electric) are 'tuned' to European cases.

Start small and work your way up when you use more than 500 shells per week.

Jeez, it's about time we started doing the BASC Roadshows and Game Fair beat again!

How much are the electric presses and what are their reloading rate per hour?

I would'nt mind one of them.

The Dueffe (Italian) press is no longer in production. The company, in Italy, now make bed mattresses! This machine, once owned by Brit/Danarm Cartridges, in Telford, is a semi-professional machine for new cases. With two operators, it will give a professionally 'spun' shell every three seconds. We used to link it to a generator and demonstrate it at the Game Fairs in the 90's.

The Hydramec from USA is pedal operated and will take off your fingers in no time at all! :)
