skinner Posted September 6, 2007 Report Share Posted September 6, 2007 i have reloaded 40g sierra softpoint for my my first loads they was shooting into an inch at 100yrds. well impressed.we went out to try them,167yrds on a large dog fox he went down without a kick,so my mate said,it was so fast,i had the flash from the muzzle go into the scope,but i definately herd it hit home.plus there was no exit wound and the inside felt like mash.
