Press the 4x4 button the lights just flash green, the ADD is engaging at the front Diff locking the front drive shaft but the trans box is not moving the gear into 4wd. We have tried all sorts set the timing gear to 46.6mm as the guide states, tried driving the trans motor manually seems like it could be something or nothing it's just we can't put a finger on it. ninjaferret
Sound's from what you're saying, like the transfer box isn't engaging ? Shaft missing the cog ?

Shaft missing the cog ? Ye seems that way, still trying to get hold of Tony off the site he's the daddy when it comes to surfs I've been told. Gonna try again this weekend drive the Trans motor in off a battery, and see if it will hold 4wd did it before but it spat the shaft back out. ninjaferret
Sound's like the cog isn't lined up properly therefor can't engage.
