millionblade
I would love to hear from clay shooters using this model as to their view on this model and what if anything they believe Browning could improve without raising the price point to a new level. There is a special edition [Nordic] with 5 chokes that I am seriously considering and all reviews of the 525 sporting I can find on the web seem to be from pre 2006. caragh
Hi Just my personal view but unless you really want the browning you may get more gun for your money with a miroku mk38 teague. regards Steve
Gordon R
I've had Brownings - 325 x 2, Ultra XT, A1, F1(B125), 525 Sporter and 525 Advance Trap, plus a Miroku MK38 trap x 2 and a Miroku 3800. I currently own an Ultra XS, GTi and Miroku MK38. I shot the 525 Sporter and Advance Trap once each, then sold them. I don't know what they did to the stocks and pistol grips, but they were absolute garbage. My Sporter was adjustable, so you wouldn't think you could go far wrong, but they did. Get an XS or Miroku Teague as suggested by Caragh. Better gun for your money.

Gordon R
Browning and Miroku are made by the same Miroku factory (325, 425 and 525 and MK38), but have slightly different stocks. Browning pistol grips suit me better than Miroku, except for the awful 525. Pound for pound you get a better gun with Miroku.
