Aled_cky Posted April 26, 2004 Report Share Posted April 26, 2004 this is true jimbo.. its nerves and sometimes if it is dieing and it doesnt have enough energy to call they will oftenly just make a funny noise. same with magpies and all crows/rooks and that family. if im with a mate with a air rifle they will finish it off. i will usually stamp on its head or snap its neck to take the nerves away and finish the job quickly.
