Dougy
recieved a infra red filter for my cluson lamp today just had a look down the field using my cheapo NV monocular from liddles, its amazing considering the price dont think i would have a problem at all seeing rabbits out to about 75 + yds or a fox at maybe well over 100, it really lights up well. out tonight see what its good for
Dougy
well been out tonight, a bit on the wet side but had already decided to go out and have a look to see what the filter was like with the Liddle NV monocular. I was pleased with the results would have been happier with an end result but i would imagine it would be good enough for spotting a fox up to 200yds, then using a lamp for taking a shot. Wont spook any lamp shy foxes or rabbits if your lamping continually before shooting
