Sausage&onion

Variation, one of my favourite meals.

 

Sausys in the pan, get a load of colour on them then remove and keep warm, add a good few onions and fry in the fat until coloured. Add the sausys back in and add pint and a half of stock. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Remove the bangers and thicken the gravy with cornflower, bisto or whatever. The add the bangers back and heat through.

 

Serve with massive home made yorkies and mashed spuds :good:
