Do all H&M Barracuda March pellets have a small lead spigot on the centre of the dome?

I've recently picked up a tin of Barracuda March 177 10.65 grain to try in some of my air rifles. I've noticed 8/10 have a small amount of lead on the centre tip of the dome, quite sharp to the touch. Has anyone else experienced this, is it just a QC issue?

I've heard of Bis mags having this nipple on them but not Baracuda Match, there supposed to be a higher grade of the same pellet.
