The food or your memory. 😵💫😵💫😵💫 Joking aside, perhaps I’ve a very slight head start on Thai food, B-in-law spent most of his life in Thailand even having a restaurant/bar on Ko Samui. We’ve street fooded Bangkok, Phuket, Chaing Mai, Chang Rai just to name drop and years back when Teohs had their cooking school in the Tobacco Factory I took a number of lessons there. many of restaurant starters and ingredients (noodles, bean sprouts,Tamarind etc) you can get in Wai Yee Hong in Eastgate. Nice cooking your own. Bob I have cooked my own versions of stir fries over the years, normally just dowse the noodles and fried objects in soy sauce until they're drowning.
